All products sold by MDoll Design are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
After purchase, products are delivered electronically via download or other digital methods provided at checkout or after payment.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary software and knowledge to use the purchased files before completing a purchase.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Once an order is completed and digital files are delivered, the order cannot be canceled.

SECTION 4 - NO REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed and files have been delivered.
By purchasing from MDoll Design, you agree to this no-refund policy.

SECTION 5 - LICENSE AND USAGE
All products are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise stated, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for personal and/or commercial use within IMVU.
You may NOT resell, share, distribute, or give away the original files, upload or redistribute the files on any platform, or claim the files as your own work.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

SECTION 6 - PRODUCT REPRESENTATION
We make every effort to display products accurately. However, final appearance may vary depending on software, rendering, lighting, and user environment.
We do not guarantee that products will appear exactly as shown.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, products, designs, and materials on this website are the property of MDoll Design and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is powered by Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party services, tools, or platforms that may be used in connection with your purchase or usage.
