All products sold by MDoll Design are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the files have been delivered.

By purchasing from MDoll Design, you acknowledge and agree that you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once the digital content has been delivered or made available for download.

If you experience an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong file or a corrupted file, please contact us, and we will review the issue and provide a replacement if applicable.

We do not provide refunds for:

• accidental purchases
• change of mind
• lack of knowledge on how to use the files
• software incompatibility
• failure to read product descriptions
