MDoll Design provides digital products created for IMVU creators. These products include mesh files and supporting resources used to build original catalog items within the IMVU platform.
All items sold on MDoll Design are digital assets delivered as downloadable files. No physical products are produced, packaged, or shipped.
Digital goods allow creators to access professional base meshes that can be used to develop clothing, accessories, and other custom products for the IMVU catalog.
Nature of Digital Products
Digital goods differ from traditional physical products because they are delivered electronically. After purchase, customers receive access to files that can be downloaded and stored on their own device.
Because the product exists as a digital file, delivery occurs instantly once the transaction has been completed. Access to the files is considered the successful fulfillment of the order.
Digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been downloaded.
Product Usage

MDoll Design may maintain download access through the store platform, but customers are encouraged to keep their own copy of purchased files to prevent loss.

If a customer experiences a technical issue related to file access, corrupted downloads, or missing files, MDoll Design will assist in resolving the issue.
