MDoll Design creates digital assets for IMVU creators. These assets include meshes, textures, and supporting files used to build original catalog items within the IMVU platform.
All products sold on this website are digital downloads intended for use by creators working with IMVU creator tools.
No physical products are shipped.
How Do I Receive My Files After Purchase?
After completing a purchase, your digital files become available through the order confirmation page and the order confirmation email.
You can download the files immediately after payment has been successfully processed.
It is recommended to save a copy of the files on your device or backup storage.
Downloads are limited to 3 attempts per purchase. If you need additional downloads, please contact support with your order number.
What Files Are Included With A Purchase?
The files included depend on the type of product you purchase.
Mesh products may include files such as:
- IMVU .chkn file
- FBX file
- Shadow maps for easier texturing
- Opacity maps if applicable
- A short guide explaining how to import the mesh into IMVU
Texture products typically include image files that can be applied to compatible meshes.
Each product page clearly lists the files included in the download.
Do I Need To Derive From The IMVU Body?
Some meshes require derivation from the official body because they are created using body development kits.
If derivation is required, the product description will clearly state this, and the necessary derivation information will be included in the download files.
Other meshes may not require derivation.
Can I Edit The Mesh Or Texture?
Yes.
Creators may apply their own textures, make visual modifications, and build original catalog products using the assets purchased from MDoll Design.
However, redistribution of the original files is not allowed.
All usage must follow the rules described in the MDoll Mesh License.
Can I Share The Files With Someone Else?
No.
Digital assets purchased from MDoll Design are licensed for individual creator use.
Sharing, redistributing, or reselling the original mesh or texture files is not permitted under the license agreement.
Each purchase grants usage rights to a single IMVU creator account.
Why Are There No Refunds?
All products sold on MDoll Design are digital downloads.
Because digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, they cannot be returned once access has been granted.

What If I Have Trouble Downloading My Files?
If you experience difficulty accessing your download files, you can contact MDoll Design for assistance.
Please include your order number so that the purchase can be verified and access to the files can be restored if necessary.
Can I Use These Assets Outside IMVU?
No.
Meshes and textures sold on MDoll Design are licensed specifically for use within the IMVU platform unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Use of these assets outside the IMVU ecosystem is not permitted under the MDoll Mesh License.
